It’s hard to believe that December is already here! Here are a few reminders as we begin the new month.
Important Information and Reminders:
*November Book-It Calendar: Please send completed November reading calendar to school with your child this week. A new December calendar arrived home on Friday. Keep reading!!
*Book Orders: All book orders are due no later than Monday, December 3. If placing an online order, please have your order submitted no later than 7:00pm. (This is to ensure deliver before we leave for the holiday break.) *If your order is a surprise, please email me and I will be sure to set it aside for you. 
*Penguin Patch Gift Shop: Our class will visit the Holiday Gift Shop this Wednesday morning, Dec. 5. Information, with an attached envelope, recently arrived home with your child. If they will be shopping, please have them return their envelope no later than Wednesday.
*Holiday Music Program: Our music program will take place on Thursday, December 13 at Fair Haven Church. Please drop off students at 7:30pm as the program for students in grades 3-5 will begin at 7:45pm (grades K-2 will begin at 6:30pm). For more information, please click on this link.
*Early Dismissal: Friday, December 14 at 12:15pm. Sack lunches will be available for ordering on this day.
*Holiday Party: We will celebrate before our Holiday Break with a movie, hot cocoa, and board games, on Friday, December 21, in the afternoon. Our volunteers will be contacted soon.
*Holiday Break: There will be no school for students beginning Mon., Dec. 24 through Fri., Jan., 4. Students will return to school on Monday, January 7.
