It was a pleasure to meet with you all during our Parent Teacher Conferences. I enjoyed sharing about your child’s learning and life in our fourth grade classroom. I am so proud that we had 100 percent participation by our families! Thank you for all your support and for taking the time to visit!

It’s hard to believe that December is already here! Here are a few reminders as we begin the new month.

Important Information and Reminders:
*November Book-It Calendar: Please send completed November reading calendar to school with your child this week. A new December calendar arrived home last week. Keep reading!!
*Book Orders: A book order will come home with your child on Monday. In order to ensure that orders arrive in time before the holidays, I will be asking that orders be placed no later than Friday, December 6. If placing an online order, please have your order submitted no later than 7:00pm. (This is to ensure deliver before we leave for the holiday break.) *If your order is a surprise, please email me and I will be sure to set it aside for you. Image may be NSFW.

*Holiday Music Program: Our music program will take place on Thursday, December 12 at Fair Haven Church. Please drop off students at 7:30pm as the program for students in grades 3-5 will begin at 7:45pm (grades K-2 will begin at 6:30pm). For more information, please click on this link.
*Early Dismissal: Friday, December 13 at 12:15pm. Sack lunches will be available for ordering on this day.
*Penguin Patch Gift Shop: Our class will visit the Holiday Gift Shop on Monday morning, Dec. 16. More information to come!
*Holiday Party: We will celebrate before our Holiday Break with a movie, hot cocoa, and board games, on Friday, December 20, in the afternoon. Our volunteers will be contacted soon.
*Holiday Break: There will be no school for students beginning Mon., Dec. 23 through Fri., Jan., 3. Students will return to school on Monday, January 6.
