In just the first few days we have been with one another, I have witnessed a fine group of eager learners who are doing a great job of learning the routines of our classroom and schedule. They are quickly building friendships within our class and doing such a nice job of working together! I am excited to get to know, and grow, with our fourth grade class family! Image may be NSFW.

“Outstanding” Recipients!! We had many students this summer who participated in online learning and reading! Their above & beyond efforts have been recognized at Georgetown and each student was given an Outstanding Certificate to take home. Our class also earned a certificate which will be on display in our classroom. Congratulations to Kinsley, Natalie, Alexander, Gianna, Everett, and Henry for their hard work and for representing our fourth grade class!! Image may be NSFW.

It was an unexpected event, but I couldn’t be more thankful for my fourth grade class family, and their ability to understand and adapt, during my absence. During our first days together at school, we spoke about the importance of supporting and taking care of one another, which is exactly what they provided me by allowing me the peace of mind to focus on caring for my husband. Because of this, he is recovering and doing much better!
I miss my sweet class and am eager to be back with them on Tuesday!!
