Kindergarten Olympics: The weather was sunny and warm, and it welcomed the running and playing of children, which is what our Kindergartners did! The boys and girls participated a variety of events like Putt Putt, Parachute, Obstacle Course with the rubber chickens, and Sponge Squeeze, a unanimous favorite! We ended our events with a medal ceremony on our podium. The day could not have happened without the help of our Parent Volunteers – Mrs. Sayers, Mrs. Richter, Mrs. Bromley, Mrs. DeGroot, Gramma Bennett, Mr. & Mrs. Burri and Mrs. Meyers – THANK YOU!!
Talent Show: There is so much talent at Georgetown! We enjoyed a chance to see many students perform and were impressed by what we saw! We were laughing at the jokes and singing and moving to the beat of the music. It was a great time! It was especially exciting to see a few older brothers and sisters from our class! To view some of the acts from our 2016 Talent Show, you can view them at the Georgetown blog on this blog post!
